We’re experiencing some difficulties with log in.
We added Aerik as a Guest but for some reason he can’t log in.
This is what he’s getting:
Do you know what we’re doing wrong?
Could you please point us in the right direction?

I see the confusion-
Collaborators have editor access, and they’re added and managed under editors under a specific hosted site.
Agency / Freelancer Guests is a workspace permission that gives someone ( who has an agency / freelancer account ) designer access to your projects.
