Problem with absolute and relative positioning

Hello,
I seem to be having a problem with using absolute positioning.
Currently my social media icons are all positioned relative, however when I change the image positioning to absolute (the image is the child element of a linkbox) it disappears from sight for some reason.
Why is this happening?
The element: “Facebook Gray Icon” (in the site navbar on the homepage)

Hi :slight_smile:

May I ask why you want to have the social icons positioned absolute? In this case those elements are flexbox children and positioning them absolute negates those settings.
