Pop-up from webflow on top of another page

Hi guys,

is there some easy way to create in webflow something like this?

I need to create a pop-up window in webflow that will appear on top of other page (not created in webflow) after clicking the button on that page.

If not possible in webflow, maybe you know some on-line generator that could generate such script?

Well, the only way to make it work with Webflow is creating button with modal popup, exporting the code and adding it to that site.
