Plan Downgrade Conflict

Hey! I have a Ecommerce basic site that I would like to downgrade to the CMS plan, since Im not using the e-commerce tools. Everytime I try to downgrade the plan, I get a “Conflict” error message. Im sure it’s not a problem with the credit card since I tried multiple ones and keep getting the same error. One of them even contacted me saying that WEBFLOW.COM reached out to them to make the payment and they certified that it was authorized, so I guess it’s a Webflow bug. Can someone please help me? I Can’t keep paying the e-commerce plan (it’s almost double the price) and it’s being a real issue for me. Thanks a lot.
