Hi all. I have been facing an issue that I have not faced before. The passwords I am using are not working. I am pretty sure I am typing the exact password because I used those passwords for other projects all the time. Anyone else has encountered this problem? As I mentioned it is the first time I am having this issue and the first project. In the other projects, the passwords work fine.

I am not 100% clear on what passwords you refer, are you referring to the site password protection for the published site, or some other passwords?
If the matter is for account password help, I suggest to contact Webflow support at support@webflow.com to get help with private account info.
If the site is needing to be password protected, check the settings for that and republish the site, see this article: Project and page passwords | Webflow University
After any change in the settings, republish the site for the changes to take effect.
If the issue persists, let me know more about the issue. One more thing, in your image, I can see you have a lot of browser extensions loaded, some browser extensions can actually conflict with Webflow or not cause things to update or render as expected.
When making site settings changes, I like to also check the behavior in incognito mode in the browser with extensions disabled.
