Parallax scaling of an image within its bounding box (without increasing the size of the section)

Hey all, seemingly quite a simple request, as follows,

• Element Trigger – Scroll into view interaction
• Slowly increase the size of a background image (Parallax style) as you scroll
• WITHOUT increasing the size of the section, or its parent element, or it’s bounding box.

There’s an abundance of parallax videos out there but not sure this is possible?
