How to create parallax interaction with overlapping sections

I have been trying to create a parallax interaction like the one in this website https://www.highstudios.com but I have not been able to figure it out. Could one any guide me a little?

If so, I think looking at their site in the Designer would be a great guide to get you going!

Hi, not exactly. That is done by setting the background image static. What I am trying to accomplish is with parallax.
