Order information

So I’m making a site for myself to sell my gaming accounts. And when someone purchases an account I want the user to be able to go into orders and see the accounts login information. But I have multiple accounts that are the same like gta 5 accounts with same amount of money. So I’m just gonna put $8 for this gta 5 account but there’s gonna be 5 of them instock for the same product instead of making 5 other product post. So what I want to do is when a person purchases an account it gives them a random account out of the 5 accounts. And once someone gets that account information then no one else can get that account again.

Hey Callen,

Your best bet for a small set of products would be to have them listed individually, or to fulfill the orders manually by email. That way you can deliver a different login to each customer.

If you were actually doing this at a large scale, long-term, you’d develop a solution based on the new order webhook in the API, to handle that choose-a-unique-item delivery aspect from an outside system. You can build that pretty easily using automation like Make.com, plus airtable to store your ID’s, and a transactional email provider like mailjet to send the passcodes.

Hi @CBose

Hi @CBose.
Josh with Foxy here. What you’re after is possible with our seamless Webflow integration: https://foxy.io/webflow You’ll probably need Zapier/Make and Airtable.

Manage products with Webflow CMS, which means you can downgrade to a non-Ecommerce plan and save $$$.

In addition, we can help you with the setup with our Accelerate Program: https://foxy.io/accelerate

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need help getting started: hello@foxy.io

Thanks,
Josh
