Open Graph problem on share image

Hi guys,

On social platforms, the share image of my clients website is not showing. I already searched for problems on the form and tried every solution but did not work out for me unfortunately…

I added in the head of the CMS the code:

<meta property="og:image:width" content="1200">
<meta property="og:image:height" content="630">

My open graph settings are like these:

And the Facebook debugger even reads the image URL but is still showing this:

Am I completely missing something, or is this just really strange?

Hey @Codenee , sometimes it is a cache issue. I remember for one of my clients, her old OpenGraph from her GoDaddy website was showing for her, but when I try it on my phone it worked with the new one on Webflow.

It would take sometime, did you try sharing the link in a device that has never used the website? If you do not have a device as such, try clearing your cache and check again!

Thanks for the reply! Its happening on other devices as well… Also after removing cache.
