Open graph info not displaying

I changed the open graph name and description for my collection pages, and after publishing the site it is not displaying when I share a link to the page. I’ve done this before and it’s taken a little while, but this is taking way longer and so I’m concerned that there is an issue. The page will get a lot of traffic and shares on social media tomorrow so I want to make sure it’s displaying asap!
