It is still occurring and I now have clients threatening to leave me as their provider. 30+ clients at that! See receiving emails is a time-sensitive matter for them and their business.

I have set up Zapier to send emails on form submission:
Although this is not ideal, it does send notifications via email on form submission.
MY clients don’t what to deal with this. They would all have to pay for the upgrade.
This site is supposed to do what they need it to! .
Please email support.
That will be the best thing as it will help us locate your account and see if there are underlying issues happening.
