Not receiving form submission emails

Trying to understand why some of my clients webflow site form submissions are not received. Is it the no-reply@webflow.com address that is blocked on Yahoo and Gmail. The emails do not even get to the spam folder - they are just blocked.

What is the best way to get around this for clients where this is mission critical?

Has anyone had success with Zapier - does this actually solve the problem?

@rfull – are you sure they haven’t unsubscribed from the emails?
