Not receiving form submission emails

Trying to understand why some of my clients webflow site form submissions are not received. Is it the address that is blocked on Yahoo and Gmail. The emails do not even get to the spam folder - they are just blocked.

What is the best way to get around this for clients where this is mission critical?

Has anyone had success with Zapier - does this actually solve the problem?

@rfull – are you sure they haven’t unsubscribed from the emails?
