Recently, I added a blog section as well as a CMS collection to create blog pages in order to boost my SEO, and since then, my homepage is no longer indexed while all the others are. My site uses an XML sitemap automatically generated by Webflow.
During a page audit on SE Ranking (an SEO performance tracking software), I noticed an error message indicating that a non-canonical page was found in my XML sitemap, particularly for my homepage. However, my general Webflow canonical URL matches the URL of the sitemap, but in Google Search Console, when I analyze the site, the homepage URL is not linked to any sitemap while all the others are. I am a bit lost on how to solve this issue.
I know it’s crucial to ensure that all pages listed in the sitemap are indicated as canonical, but I’m not sure of the best way to proceed.
Could you help me solve this problem?
