Need more than 20 collection lists on a page. Is there a good workaround for what I'm trying to do?

I’m designing a course website where there’s a list of all the course videos broken up into sections + sub-sections. However, there are ~25 different sections-subsections total.

Currently, I have all of the videos for a course in one CMS Collection. So when I go to call the list for the subsection, I filter by section and subsection. With my current layout, is there a workaround where I can list more than 20 collection lists?

What I’m currently doing to combat this is just having a few of the videos manually entered (and not called from the collection list), but that’s obviously not ideal…

This feature must be very important in their backlog, I have the same limit with a website! I hope they solve this soon!

It’s really unlikely you’ll see any change to the 20 collection list limit. Even if it were doubled, it would only “push back” the problem for layouts that are using duplicate collection lists to solve a layout problem.

You’ll likely achieve what you want much more easily using javascript.
