Need help connecting my Rich Text Element

Need help using Rich Text Element.

I created a Project Template hoping that I pull content from there
I also tried CMS Collection but it seems that serves a different purpose.

In both, I was hoping I can Get Text and a dropdown will show the content I can pull. But I only see two choice, None and Content but not the CMS Collection I created nor the Project Template I created.

Really need help. Thanks

I thought I had this, but I think my Rich Text Element is not binding to anything no matter what I do.
