Nav bar to show-hide upon scroll up-down

I’d like to find the tutorial to create a horizontal nav bar, fixed at the to edge of the viewport that behaves as follows:

  • Visible at start
  • Slides up out of view upon scroll down
  • From any where down the screen, as soon as the user scrolls up, the nav bar reappears at the top.
