Mobile Nav: Scroll Down non visible, Scroll Up visible

Hi,
i would like to have in the mobile Version a Nav Bar like this:

  1. page load - Nave Bar is visible 100% and you can cklick.
  2. When scrolling down, the Nav Bar is moving out of view (top side), non visible.
  3. when scrolling up, the Nab Bar is jumping back and keeps visible, that you can click on it.

How can solve this?
I understand the most of the actions, do i need than “scroll in View” for this? And what are the settings.
