Nav Bar Hidden But Revealed When Scrolled Up

I was visiting a website and I liked how when you scrolled down the Nav completely disappears. Then, when you scrolled up any amount the Nav bar appeared no matter where you were on the website.

Can this be done in Webflow? And how?

I know that there is a tutorial here that teaches you how to do something similar to what you are requesting, but I would be interested in knowing about this too.
