How can i add multiple images to collection for add like image sliders, etc.

Image sliders/galleries/lightboxes are not integrated with the CMS yet.
You can just add a new field and then choose image.
There is no dynamic slider yet, but there is a little work around.
Step one
Drag in a Slider element
Step two
Drag an image element inside the slide
Step three
Choose the source of the image to the desired collection
Step four
Give the image class these propeties (if you want the design like this)
Step five
Repeat step two to four until all slides are filled

Go into the blog post template page. If you try to change from scrub to scrub2, you can see the pictures change
