Mp4 wont load or play in Background video

When I load the mp4 file into the background video player it doesn’t play on my web page and the screen is black. Although it plays on my other websites. Any solutions

I Installed 2 videos the problem is it keeps playing the first video in the same background video player after iv installed the second video.
