Mobile view layout disaster

Hiya,

Forgive me if this is daft, but I’m having issues with my layout in mobile landscape. I just can’t get it to behave. I’ll be honest, this is the first page I’ve created in Webflow so I’m learning as I go.

What I’m trying to achieve is something like this:
holding-page-phone-landscape

What I currently have (when viewing at https://grd-holding-page.webflow.io/) is this on first load:

And the image seems to be making loads of extra space around things so that the page scrolls/zooms:

I think I’m making some silly mistakes, so any advice would be greatly appreciated

Here is my site Read-Only: https://preview.webflow.com/preview/grd-holding-page?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=designer&utm_content=grd-holding-page&preview=b151746c0597648817060b92a655ba6f&mode=preview

So from spending last night and today trying to hunt down a solution, it looks like the tablet layout is the one that displays when I view the site on my phone (in landscape and in portrait).

I have a OnePlus 5 - is the tablet view showing because my phone screen size is 1920x1080px?

If this is the reason, any tips on how I get around this problem? I’d like to show a different layout on tablet compared to mobile landscape/portrait - I can’t seem to make a tablet one that works on both of the mobile views too.

After spending another few hours on it tonight I’m totally flummoxed! Can anyone help me please?

I haven’t managed to improve either mobile landscape or portrait and I think I’ve broken the tablet view now too
