Mobile Navbar Not Responsive

I need some help making this navbar responsive for mobile. It works in the designer but not when I preview or publish the site.

I can’t find a specific reason for your nav to not work. Could be the many duplicate pages with errant names or the 401 unused class/tags styles

I added a new, clean, nav bar and it works fine.
