Mobile Hide Button on scroll

Having trouble with show/hide on scroll. I have a “Filter” button and I want it to appear on scroll down. Right now it starts at the bottom of the page and animated up on scroll. The issue is it resets itself to the original position when I’m done scrolling. Any idea?
