Unless you export your site, which breaks the CSS apart into three separate files, you can’t make any changes in this area. It’s stupid that Webflow does not serve the normalize, Webflow base CSS, and your custom CSS as separate files when hosted on Webflow. With HTTP2 that is the correct strategy. I mostly host myself so I can tune sites as I need.
