I’d like to custom HTML for this page but cannot find where to do it (purpose is Meta No index)

To clarify, do you want the <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> on all of the pages within the ‘Formations’ CMS collection?

If you want the meta tag on all pages, you can add it to the ‘Formations Template’ Page Settings > Custom Code > Head Code:
