I’m looking to migrate my website from Wix to WebFlow, but I need to make sure I can setup a functional booking system first.
I’m trying to find the best way to integrate a membership platform (w/recurring subscription payments), which allows users to book group classes via Zoom.
Hi @soccershape.
Josh from Foxy here. Depending on your specific needs, we may be able to help. More info about our seamless Webflow integration can be found here: Webflow | Foxy.io
We offer an unlimited free trial and free one-on-one onboarding. Feel free to send us more info on your project and we’ll be happy to help determine if Foxy is a good fit and get you pointed in the right direction: hello@foxy.io
Hi @HammerOz.
Yes, Foxy supports reservation/booking functionality. Really any type of “product” or “service”. At the end of the day, we’re simply looking for the data you pass to us (name, price, date, color, size, etc.) How this data is managed and presented to customers is completely up to you.
We can show you how to use datepickers and even block out dates based on previously booked dates in CMS (populated with our Zapier integration after each booking)
Hi @soccershape.
Unfortunately no. That’s a pretty unique use case. But it should be a pretty straightforward setup. In a nutshell, you’ll create/manage your classes with Webflow CMS. It’s here that you can control the course info, pricing, available seats, etc.
In your classes template, you’ll design that how you want and use Webflow’s form builder to design your add to cart form. We can show you how to connect this form to both CMS data and Foxy.
Once a course has been purchased, Foxy can automatically updated the available seat count in CMS and send an email to the customer. In addition, you can use our Zapier integration to add the customer as an attendee to the Zoom course.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help you get started with setting things up. hello@foxy.io
Hi @soccershape, what you are trying sounds common enough to have an existing SaaS solution. But unfortunately I couldn’t find much in my short online research. Have you looked into Memberstack? Please let us know how you eventually solved it.
What it looks like you need is some sort of gated content so you can allow only paying users to access a Zoom link for the classes. This would mean that once a user is a paying member, they can access the scheduled Zoom classes - perhaps using something like Calendly or Cozycal to book in advance and pay.
in practice, this would mean setting up authentication and payment using Memberstack.
After you build out the front-end with Webflow, head over to Memberstack and create your membership plans, pricing and permissions. You could also let visitors view certain pages only if they’re logged - all managed via a dashboard. This means you could show different content to the customers who booked your spa sessions.
Also, with Memberstack 2.0 launching soon, users can sign in using social authentication (Google, Facebook etc).
Here’s a free Webflow cloneable of a fitness website using Memberstack:
