Managing forms submissions and restricted access to files uploaded via the file upload

Hello everyone,

My client need to manage forms submissions and then can’t do it from the webflow editor mode.
Editor mode doesn’t able you to delete forms.
They can export CSV, but then they can’t access files linked to the email because of the address protected, for instance “https://webflow.com/api/sites/p123-52e4eb/formUploads/2da2f0f1-0a61-4089-8d59-081dec718aab.pdf”.
Is there a way to export the link of this file, that would be an open file as “https://webflow-user-file-uploads-production.s3.amazonaws.com/blablabla” ?

Hi @steffi I’m having a bit of problem following what you’re asking for.

Is it possible to talk through your problem in more detail?

It sounds like you want to remove forms from you site in “editor mode” versus using the designer.

It also sounds like you might be using the Webflow business plans file upload feature? And editors may not access those privately uploaded files?
