Mailchimp Simple Form not working

I just can’t get this (simple) email form to work. (I want to connect the form at the bottom of the site to Mailchimp).

I added the Mailchimp action code etc, and just can’t understand why it will not work…

Can anyone help? The site is: www.quarrysnap.com

I was having the EXACT same issue. so, I gave up.

Feels good to not be the only one…

So weird. I’ve done this many times before, and it works no problem. Pulling my hair out here.
