Lost my animation data

I lost about three hours of my work. Everything I created on interaction folder is gone after the site crashed.
What’s the best way to save the work?
Also, any way to recover the previous work?

Webflow is autosaving, have you checked your backup?

How can I check for the backup?

Go to project settings, don,t remember the name of the tan. But you will find all backup,s there
