I am looking for a designer to create a website for a home cleaning service business. The ideal person would have experience building websites for similar industries that are conversion focused. The template will use embed code for scheduling software - or perhaps even have custom scheduling software built in.
It is important for the website to have dynamic pricing - meaning they can purchase services in packages of 12, 26, or 52, with discounts built in. Or offer a discount for signing up for recurring services.
The template will need to consist of the following pages:
Homepage
Book Service (location based on service area with zip code entry)- Our scheduling software FullSlate can take care of the back end of this after the location has been set.
Membership Page (for recurring services)- we need to build a separate e-commerce option that allows people to purchase recurring services / packages of cleans since FullSlate does not have this functionality
Service Overview Page - This can just be text that explains what a basic clean and deep clean are.
Gifts Page - This could be done by using a widget from full slate, which has a gift card management system. But depending on how easy it is to use the newly built e-commerce function, we could replace the full slate gift card management system

To be considered for this project please send me examples of your work as well as a general idea of your pricing.
We currently use an app called fullslate to do scheduling and we have hundreds of appointments a week - ideally we want to allow customers to make a selection based on dynamic scheduling and then have it integrate with the full slate widget.
Could you confirm the expected customer journey on your site ?
From what I see from the fullslate website, that software includes a payment solution. So would your goal be to have a website presenting the services and related costs, pushing the customer to open fullslate to make a booking and payment ?
So the website would not need any ecommerce functionality built-in, this would all come from your fullslate setup. Would that seem correct ?
The fullslate software incldues a payment option, but it doesn’t allow for dynamic pricing or purchasing packages of services, which is why I want to create a new flow for the customer. This new website would need to have a separate e-commerce functionality built in.
Have you received quotes already? Because parts of your request should be clarified first
Let’s forget the word template for a minute and focus on your desired future state. If I’m understanding you correctly; you would like a fully functional website delivered to go live consisting of:
A home page or landing page
An ecommerce service that allows new and existing users to book appointments in packages of 12/26/52 (hours?) with price bracketing and conditional discounts based on their past orders/recurring plan.
This ecommerce service should also tie in with your separate (existing - not to be build) planning/scheduling software; meaning that the client can choose their appropriate timeslots and this information will be filled in your systems for you to manage your schedule
A membership page; an account overview with customer details, recurring services management
Service overview page - is this separate from the ecommerce service where people can buy blocks?
A gifts page. Is this tied into the account? You should clarify this a bit.

First off, I’m assuming that this is how you want the ecommerce packages / scheduling to work. because in your opening post you said:
If you say embed code, that generally means that the new website will show users a window into the scheduling software you are currently using - and therefore it does not need to be developed but just coupled.
If you say it’s going to be a custom made scheduling service; you’re talking about a USD 20.000 to USD 50.000 difference (an average estimate for experience developers to charge for that kind of component)
I mean all in all the project you describe here is a pretty big one. I’m not going to pitch because honestly I don’t think this is the platform for these kind of budgets, but do know that if anyone already sent you an exact bid without this whole initiative being clear, they might change their mind making all parties unhappy.
I’m not trying to be a party crasher, but I’ve seen this go south more than once due to lack of initial clarity.
Thank you for clarifying. Yes, you can check out our current website at berryclean.com. See my responses below:
