This is in regard to my other topic. But maybe there’s a better solution by implementing some tiny custom code. So I give you the basic problem here:
On our website, users can submit forms that don’t include their personal data. The personal data is collected in yet another form. So we end up with two or more mails per user and the sales team struggles to find out, which ones belong together.
Now my idea is to somehow generate a random user-individual code that gets injected into his form submission mails. By looking for that, anybody (especially Zapier) can merge those mails together into one.
Is there a quick and dirty way to give an identifier to those form submissions?
