Looking for a Parallax Webflow Guide

Hey everyone,

Was wondering if anyone has seen and information in regards to adding parallax to a website.

for the site that I have, there is an on hover effect wich brings a ring into view around the logo. I would like to add a parallax where the circle moves slightly around the logo as the mouse moves around the screen.
