Linking to document in webflow from external site

I want to link to a document that I uploaded to webflow. From what I read, this is not possible.

I want to see if this is workable on a continuous basis. I uploaded a document and placed it in a link on my website. When I clicked on it, it come up on my browser. I copied the url (https://uploads-ssl.webflow.com/5d8d3848918e58439ae3ca3f/5db35d57bb3a78054e71d669_satss.pdf) and created a link on the external site. It worked - but want to make sure it will continue to work in the future - that is does the link change in any way.

The asset would not change unless you deleted it and at some point WF clears the CDN of deleted assets. Just remember that the asset will get indexed in Google and be public.
