Link to Another Page, Another Section Not Scrolling To Section

Hello,

Yes, sorry another post about this link to another page another section! :slightly_smiling_face:

I have read over the other articles on this topic but none of them seem to apply; my url links are structured like this https://jaredgillespie.webflow.io/#test when headed back to my main page and like this when headed to page 2 https://jaredgillespie.webflow.io/about#experiences. They do get me to the correct page but it will never scroll to the section. I’ve spent time double checking the IDs, making sure there are no doubles, creating test IDs just to triple check, changing the link block position, rewatching tutorials… nada!

I’m new so it’s probably something I missed but I need some help on this one.

If you click on a link block like “Experience” on the main page’s bottom or
“Gallery” on the about page, https://jaredgillespie.webflow.io/about you can see what I’m talking about.

The smooth scroll effect works only from /about#anchor1 to /about#anchor2 on the same page (Not from /about to /hello#anchor). Looks like your site works fine.

Maybe clear cache.
