Lightbox not working on my masonry grid

I followed this tutorial to make a masony grid of my images, but when I wanted all of the images to open in lightbok, it didn’t work the way I was expecting.

Whenever I click on the thumbnail image, and push the arrow to see the next picture, the lightbox is working fine. But after like 1 row of photos, this line of images start acting weird, and jumps from one position to another.

I’ve tried to find a solution to my problem, without any luck so far. Hope that you can help!

Hi, @frida!

Are you sure this issue is related to the fact how you setup the layout?

It could be something wrong with how I set up the layout, but it could maybe be something else as well. I actually don’t know.

Hey, @frida!

I just checked with the team and confirmed that this is a known issue with the Lightbox component. It is still under investigation. As soon as there is an update, I will let you know.

Okay thank you for the information.

but do you know when you’ll find a solution? like is it scheduled for next month or more like six? Just good to know if it’s worth re-building the whole portfolio page, go back to Wordpress or just wait until there’s a fix

This has been a known issue for a long time. I wouldn’t plan on it being fixed any time soon. So frustrating! On a related note, if you find a workaround solution, let me know. I’m wasting far too much time on this issue for one client.

Hi, @frida and @Jamin_Ver_Velde!

I am happy to inform you that our engineers were able to find the root cause the issue and it’s been fixed. :raised_hands:

Thanks for your patience

Cheers,
Anna
