Lightbox Issue - Phone Lanscape Mode

On my Gallery page, the lightbox is definitely not functioning properly (only in Phone Landscape mode - I’m using an iPhone 7 with Chrome).

Note: this happens only if I start the page in Portrait mode on my phone then switch to Landscape mode by rotating the phone (it works properly if I just load the page while in Landscape mode on my phone)

Hi @rhami,

Thank you so much for reaching out about your lightbox not functioning properly. I imagine that is not what you were expecting, but I’m happy to help!

After testing on my phone (Google Pixel with Chrome) and an emulator (iPhone 7), I was unable to reproduce the issue, but I’d love to help.

Would you be able to provide additional information on your experience (screenshot of it not functioning, and details on what is not working as expected)?

I’d be happy to look into it further so that we can find a solution for you.

It happens anytime I rotate my phone from landscape to portrait mode or vice versa

Thank you for the additional information. Very helpful.

I will attempt to reproduce, and I will also take a look at the design settings to make sure everything is as expected there.

Have you been able to test the issue on another phone?

No I haven’t.

Thanks for the help!

Hey there have you had any luck?

Hi there,

I was initially waiting to hear back if you had tested on an additional device as I was unable to reproduce the issue with our emulator or on my phone. However, I tried to reproduce the issue within the Inspector, and was then able to reproduce the odd behavior.

Thanks for posting about this really strange behavior.

I have reached out for team help with this. As soon as I have an update, I will post back immediately.

Thank you for your patience. It is greatly appreciated.
