This is my first webflow site. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve loaded some google fonts including the italicized versions, but when I try to use them in the Designer. The italics are not showing up as options.

Hello guys,
Having the same problem now and what you need to actually load the fonts is to change their names under project settings > fonts. Usually all fonts load as one name.
Let’s say your have font name and you have the same, but italic. What you need to do is to rename this font to be font name italic this will load the actual italic font inside designer.
To add, if you have 400 italic, 600 italic, you need to make the font name to be font name semibold italic

Unfortunately, didn’t work for me 
I don’t think this is a correct solution, afaik that is a faux italic generated by Webflow and doesn’t use the actual italic font data.
