We received an email with the account email and password changed without any prior confirmation and apparently the account has been hacked. Unfortunately, it is taking too long to get support on this as well. It felt like Webflow platform is undergoing data breaches.
Here’s the screenshot of email change notification we got from Webflow and suddenly all of our websites within this account were hacked and not accessible still.
Ideally, when someone wants to change the account email, an email authentication should be shared with the user on the registered email address to confirm the update. But it looks like the authentication is happening through the new email address added and people seem to take unethical advantage of the same.
Has someone else also faced the same problem?
