Is there a way to configure a landing page in such a way that the header displays new copy every day?

I’m building a landing page that shows a different header copy every day. I put all the content in my CMS (each header is a separate item in the CMS). Yet now I don’t know how to set it up so it cycles through all the item in the CMS.

Could anyone help with pointing me in the right direction?

Limit to 1 and set order to random. New item should display every 12 hours.
