Is it possible for the nav bar to change on different pages?

Hi community!

I was wondering if there is a way to make the nav bar change according to different pages on my website despite it being a symbol? Changes as in animations and background colours.

Or can I simply unlink the nav bars I want to change from the symbol?

Hi @soniamichalina. You are correct, your best bet is to unlink your nav symbol for each page.

I wonder if there’s a better way to do this?

Surely unlinking is pretty bad practice? If you do that then whenever you want to add a new link to the nav you would have to make the change in multiple places…

What we really need is to be able to pass colour props which could go to the styling of certain elements.
