Custom attributes don’t mean anything by themselves, they’re just HTML.
However if you’re referring to using a library like SA5 for Finsweet Attributes, no you cannot use those in templates directly.
You might be able to build out the feature, and then give the user instructions on how to add the library themselves if they way that capability - however I’d confirm that with support before investing much time in it.
Can the lottie attribute be used to ensure an animation covers the all breakpoint? Will using this attribute affect template approval in the Webflow Template Marketplace?
Yes, you can use custom attributes in Webflow templates. Just make sure they don’t rely on third-party scripts that violate Webflow’s guidelines, and you should be good for submission to the Template Marketplace.
