I’m having trouble figuring out how to import links into a collection from a CSV file. Everything is setup in my file correctly, and I can map most fields, but for some reason my LINK field is grayed out when trying to map the URL in my csv file to it.
I’ve noticed others have asked this question, but haven’t found any replies. Do I need to format my CSV file in a particular way? or is this not possible?

We found out our issue. We had link fields blank.
This would appear to be either an unsupported feature or a bug however. Like many CMS fields, they can be left blank to trigger the visibility of an item on a page. We intentionally have blank links to do this. So we are still not able to use this feature since we would then have to go through each individual item that does not need a link to fix it.
We are going to work around this by adding a new check box field to trigger the visibility and just add in a dummy link so the importer will accept it.
I had to fix this manually. Perhaps the issue has been fixed now, I dont know
