Hey guys, I’m not sure if this is Webflow’s bug or a browser bug (Chrome latest version 60). Setting the background image to scroll fixed works in editor. But when viewing it in live site, it doesn’t work. Please see both the links I included above to see what I mean. The images are at the bottom part of the page.
I’m having this same issue, but some are reporting it’s related to Chrome. I’ve tried Edge and Safari, though, so it looks like it’s probably something on the Webflow side.
Works fine in my computer chrome-60 in both links (live, edit). Thier is no issue with background-attachment support on chrome 60 (and all other modern browsers).
Maybe clear cache

You use font-weight: 700; but this font dont have 700 weight.

Thanks for bringing this one up as it definitely sounds like an odd behavior. I’m having hard time reproducing that, but maybe I’m not looking at the correct place. Could you make a video or a gif of what you’re experiencing?
