Image randomly scaling up or down without input

Hey Guys, new to web flow, need some help, my hero banner and an image in one of my grids usually look fine but randomly scale down to a smaller size without any input, not sure why is this happening?

Randomly upscaled view:

Same happens with the hero banner as well.

I suggest you to define the size of the image in the style panel
