“One of our ticket options are “Student” ticket. Is it possible to request file attachment just for that particular option? The idea is that the student should upload a Student ID, thus verifying their student status.”

Can Webflow do this?
You can.
If you are using Webflow’s built-in forms, then I believe you need Business Plan in order to use the file upload feature. Check that first. Then you’d just show-hide that upload box depending on the ticket option selected and a line or two of jquery.
Alternately you should be able to find a dedicated form-builder like Jotform that will give you conditional fields capability.
