A client ask me this

“One of our ticket options are “Student” ticket. Is it possible to request file attachment just for that particular option? The idea is that the student should upload a Student ID, thus verifying their student status.”

If you are on business plan, you can add file inputs, and you can then use javascript to hide/show and require conditionally that field
