I can’t see the rest of your Lesson collection settings, but since I can see 4 in your screenshot I’d imagine you’re already at your limit for reference fields.
As mentioned here in @samliew’s post under the CMS section , you can have up to 5 reference or multi-reference fields per collection—or 10 if you’re on the business hosting.
