How to set up a CMS for Folder Structure Page

Hi Webflowers,

Hoping someone can guide me through setting up a CMS for one of my webflow pages!

I created a sort of folder structure (see read only link) and I want this page to function as a CMS collection page.

Should be able to:

  • create entirely new folder item in CMS, with the same layout as the rest of them and ability to add new documents to the subfolder list.
  • ability to choose icon from CMS (PDF, Word, Excel)

What I currently have in mind is something like this: screenshot attached.

I’m wondering if there’s a better way or if I’m on the right track. I haven’t used the WebFlow CMS a whole lot, so thanks for any insight here!

Anyone? Do you think there’s a way to keep the folder structure in tact with integrating CMS capabilites or would I need to change the design? Thanks for any insight here.
