How to make an Embeddable Logo and Design Date?

I’m wondering how to create an embeddable logo, like the webflow, YouTube, or squarespace logo. I want it to sit at the bottom of all the websites I’ve designed and link back to my portfolio. I want it to have a hover interaction and I also want it to show the last date I updated the site, like 2017 for example. And I want it to update across all my sites at once. For example, 2018 rolls around, I update my logo, and all my client sites say 2018.

Is this possible?

You could create an absolute positioned element on your sites (symbol) pointing to an image or css (embedded code) hosted elsewhere/accessible to all sites.
