How to include inputs from the form when use logic?

I have one form which have two input email and message.
so in logic when i use from submission then in second step of http request. i can only mention the email and timestamp. Here i want that i want to also include the second input of form.
Please help me out guyz.

If you are using Webflow input elements, with the correct types ( text, email ), it should work fine. It will not work if you’re specifying those elements in an embed.
